Tape Solutions was founded by Kim Lawrence, with 35 years of experience dealing with all types of businesses and their individual tape applications. Our goal is to get to know your business, applications, concerns, and goals in order to serve you best. We can provide suggestions as to the proper product to use in your application. The founder, Kim Lawrence (aka The Tapelady), earned a marketing degree from Texas A&M University in 1982. Kim began her career selling tape to other businesses in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Through that experience, she developed her expertise in adhesive tapes by studying the products and how well each performs in various uses and what customers liked and didn't like about what they used. She also has attended many training classes from major tape manufacturers, such as 3M. She developed a strong sense for customer service and making Tape Solutions customer's experience easy and rewarding. Call us with your challenges.

Shipping Information:

Most orders will ship within 1-2 days. Special order items may take 1-3 weeks. Many products ship from our Austin location, but we do often drop ship from our various manufacturers and importers to reduce the lead time. We do try to communicate longer than normal lead times when we are aware of them. Please call us if you are concerned about a needed arrival date being met.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Returns/exchanges are accepted in most situations if within 30 days of purchase. Custom or special order items may not be returnable or may require a 15-25% restocking fee. Buyer would be responsible for shipping costs to return product. Refunds to credit/debit card will be processed less any restocking fees (if applicable) when returned merchandise is received in and in good condition. In order to process a return, please email or call us for a return authorization.

Shipping is extra and added as you place your order for orders below $100. Shipping charges listed are estimates and the actual charges may vary. Residential address deliveries are higher and are not included in the original estimate.
